I should learn from my cat, Kali

I should pay more attention to my cat Kali.  She is very persistent.  If she wants something from me she'll keep bothering me until I do exactly what she wants. Feeding her is one time where she is relentless.  Holding her is another.  She really loves having me at home but she doesn't understand I can't sit all day and just hold her.  Friday was a busy day for sending out resumes for jobs.  I actually did two. The cover letters take me forever.  Why do they state you can upload your resume; then make you fill out an application anyway. GEEEZZZ!!!!  Never did get the floor mopped. Still working toward it.  BUT.....I did manage to get the refrigerator section half cleaned.  Looks so much better than the beet juice that had spelled on the shelves and the olive juice on the side.  I also worked on my SparkPeople (healthy website to track calories and whatever else is needed).  I think this is probably why nothing really gets finished.  I am very good at interrupting myself.  Also instead of mopping  I moved Mom's desk into the house, started burning photos onto CD's from the old computer.  The computer decided it wanted to rest so in the middle of burning it froze.  So I have to do it again.

Now, here I am already a few hours into a new week and already thinking about Christmas and what Jessica and I can do together for gifts without killing each other, we are both too stubborn.  I need to get back to getting the floor mopped and finish Mom's room (this requires a hammer and other tools tearing apart the closet).  But right now I'm busy updating my Blog.  It's almost lunch time and Mom will be hungry soon. I also forgot to put the roast in the slow cooker.

Do you think a "To Do List" will help.  I have one on the computer.  I put things on it and managed to cross off what was done but haven't added anything new or erased what is done.  If  I write one out on paper it gets lost amongst everything else.  I think I need a self-improvement course.

Better get to work or nothing will get done again.
